Look when I was working at Qatar Airways there was no specific timeframe for the salary increment so I never expect it soon. Let me give you very important information so you will be not in confusion anymore. I have received so many comments on the YouTube channel regarding salary increment. There was no salary increment until January Month 2022 and If You Have Received the Offer Letter before 31 January 2022 Then Your Salary Will Be Increased Otherwise Answer Is (No). I never understand the company policy on this subject but yes, that is completely true and verified.

Question No 1: Will I get more salary in the future?

I have no idea when the company will increase the salary but one thing is sure that this job is secure on your performance so you can grow as long as you are working perfectly and according to company terms & policies.

Question No 2: Can we get a salary increment every year?

As long as I was, working in this company there was nothing like that so I worked for a few years and never get a single penny increment. Look you should not expect anything like that near in the future but we have no idea when the company will change the policy and they increase the salary.

Question No 3: If the government will change the policy regarding the salary for workers in Qatar?

Yes, then it is possible and you will get a salary increment and I am sure Qatar Airways will also follow the law.

Question No 4: Is the Salary increment on the grade base or the same for every grade?

It is the same process and procedure for every grade in Qatar Airways Group so if they are going to increase the salary for Grade 10 definitely you will also get the salary increment.

Question No 5: if they increase the salary for some people but not for us?

Yes, this is also happening and I heard that people would get salary increments for some grade/people depending on their performance or biggest achievement so it is quite possible so we are not sure which grade or to whom.
