I received a verbal offer letter for the CSA position on 9 June 2022

Congratulations brother for getting the job in Qatar Airways. Its one of the best job and trust me you are going to love it 🙂 I’m really happy for you.

I accepted the offer and submitted a form, my resume, passport copy, and degree documents on 9 June.

You have done great job and everything is perfect there is no issue.

Now the issue is that I’m in Dubai working in sales. In my current job, my probation period is ending on June 30 2022 and my company has also issued me a warning letter bcoz I was unable to do the sales and failed to achieve the sales target.

Most companies are doing that so don’t worry its normal and if you are doing any sale job its common for a company to terminate on behalf of agreements which you signed at the time of joining. Some companies are not professional and their target is to get the sales and then terminate one by one.. Well just relax i’m going to make you happy with this answer 🙂

So they’re terminating me. As per UAE rules, after the cancellation of my employment visa, I’ll have a grace period of 30 days.

You don’t need to worry about the 30 Days Grace period just pack your things and come back to pakistan because good news is that Qatar Airways company will prepare everything for you. Just tell them that exactly what happen there and please don’t lie.. If there is any possibility please mention that I ask them for emergency leave and they terminate me just because of that. So I will go back to Pakistan and wait for your response.

So please guide me on how long will it take to actually join Qatar airways?

Please keep in mind that Qatar Airways is hiring people from around the world so we can’t decide anything at this time. I can assure you that you are selected and you are going to join company ASAP. But just come back to your country Pakistan and wait for their response its normal and no need to take any tensions.

If Qatar is taking too long to send the date of joining like more than a month should I take a 1-month visit visa to UAE after the grace period and stay here for a while? Or 3 months visit visa? Or the last option is to go back to Pakistan and wait there for Qatar’s response?

Please don’t apply for any other visa if you are going to join Qatar Airways in Doha, Qatar. Remember if your job location is Dubai, UAE then you must go back on 3 month visit visa if possible or 1 month then later you can extend if you can. If the job location is different than UAE then you are ready to fly and go back to your country (Pakistan).

Bonus Tips: 

Please ask your coordinator regarding everything don’t even dare to mention your termination status for different reasons. Just tell them you are asking for emergency leave or trying to get NOC and they are not happy with that. Just make a proper excuse or you can say a valid one. Qatar Airways company’s HR department is highly professional so don’t expect anything positive if you will lie and they catch it.
