Look there is no one who will answer your question on this topic/query so I will say wait even it take year they will reply to you. But as you said you have applied on different positions maybe they didn’t consider you or your qualifications didn’t math the application/position that’s why so I suggest you to apply on different positions which matches your job qualification/education etc or apply from another id.

Note: If you will make new id and apply from other emails they will catch you because nowadays they are catching everyone on this topic.
