Process is taking forever

Hello guys,I’m just trying to find some similar cases like me, so I can understand if this is fine and able to happen or not.

the problem is the process is taking too much time, I started on September 17th of 2021, I have signed the offer letter on 21st of September and till this moment I’m stuck on (awaiting candidates documents) even tho I have already sent all my documents including the pre employment form, even my visa is valid to use so all I’m waiting for is the flight ticket to get to Doha that I’ve been waiting for it since February. So is this okay or not !
