Not attach same documents

Hi dear

I am fahad from srilanka last sep 15 I was attending open recruitment interviews from qatar airway in srilanka and got selected

Than last Nov 15 my application status is update to selection stage completed whats that mean?

I need one more clarification that is my application is customer service agent for qatar airway when I was attach all documents but I forgot to attach passport size photo and education certificate so its that getting any problems or when I was selected he will request to send the document or how I submit this documents?
