HR told that salary will not increase , QDF
I signed offer in October 2021. Didn’t join yet waiting for joining. I asked HR if they will consider me also for increase salary. HR sent email that 3080 for Sales Assistant which I signed in 2021 is final salary- no increase.
But now in March someone received Offer for QDF with increased salary? It’s not fair that my colleague with samd grade and same position will get higher salary and I signed offer last year that’s why I will get old salary.

Kat sorry for the late reply I was busy, it was mentioned that people who received the offer letter before 31 January 2022 will get more salary than new or old employees. I never get to understand why this company is doing this.
