I Understand That The Cabin Crew Does More Than Just Serve Food And Drinks. The Job Requires That We Make A Customer Feel Welcomed, Important And Safe. I’m Doing Just That With My Current Job As A Waiter/Receptionist/Call Center Agent/Nurse At Company Xxxx Apni Company Likho Idher. It Gives Me The Opportunity To Travel, Discover New Cultures And New People. I’m Passionate About Delivering Excellent Customer Service. I Have A Natural Connection With Customers. 2: Describe A Situation Where It Was Important To Develop A Relationship With A Customer. What Did You Do?

At my last job, a customer came in cursing and yelling-the works. I knew it was out of frustration so I didn’t take it personally and I made sure the customer knew their concerns were being heard. I listened carefully and apologized. She was complaining about an item she wanted to return, however, she didn’t have her receipt. I explained that I wasn’t able to give her a cash refund without the receipt, but that I could allow her to have the same amount in store credit. It ended up being a win-win situation for everyone. Building customer relationships is something every company must do to succeed. After all, without customer relationships, there are no sales; without sales, there is no business. But that doesn’t mean that building customer relationships should solely be about the transaction! it’s important to cultivate and nurture customer relationships. When organizations develop strong relationships with their customers. If we do better client relationships and improve our ability to cross-sell then we are the best for 5-star customer services.

Nobody Can Handle Every Situation With The Utmost Grace, At All Times. No Matter Who You Are, There Is Undoubtedly A Work-Related Situation That Makes You Cringe A Bit When You Look Back. At Work We Always Do Team Work To Complete Any Task For The Work And No Matter How Many Issues We Have At Our Work Place We Shouldn’t Take It Personally. There Was A Time When I Was Struggling With My Laptop To Open A Mail From Our Company It Was Not Showing. With Respect, I Asked A Help From My Colleague To Fix This Issue And He Have Done It Without Any Hesitation.
