Did they stop hiring?

1. Shan bhai my status is offer to be made from past 2months For the position of ground handling agent 1.finally I mailed with them asking about my status and delaying process, finally I got reply saying   “Your application is still under process for the position which you have applied for. The concerned team is currently working on your application, although your application has been found suitable we will be able to proceed to next steps as and when a vacancy is available. We are unable to advise a timeline of next update due to high volume of applicants, however, at the time of hiring you will be contacted by concerned team who will guide you on next steps”.what does it mean? Did they stop hiring for the post or it’s just automated mail?  What do you think,ik really need this job right now. Kindly advice me for this query.
