awaiting candidates document

Good day brother shan, Im finding for an answer to my status portal awaiting candidates documents what does this mean? I got this status change after few weeks of receiving and signing of e offer letter. when i clicked on the status portal it says we are expecting some documents of you, please check your inbox for more information. The portal itself has no inbox so im expecting a message to my email. do you think the third party agency will contact me or the qr it self? and what do you think the documents they need for this stage?
