What is the difference in customer service agent and airport service agent…also I’m from kerala and I’m seeing many airport service agent requirements in kerala so do I be working in kerala or Doha and what could be the salary

From my personal experience, they are the same sometimes they will keep on the desk, and sometimes you will be calling passengers. If you are selected then you will work at the mentioned location. If they posted a job only for the Kerala state then you will be working there but if there is a mention (of Doha, Qatar) then you will be traveling to Doha for the job.
